Setting Up Your Pricing Book
Go to the Leads tab and click New Estimate.
Click the Pricing Book tab.
On the screen, you’ll see different areas of a house (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc.).
Adjust the number of hours and base price for each area according to your business model.
After entering all the information, click Save.
How to Access the "Get Link" Feature for Online Estimates
The Online Estimate tool in the Easy Clean App™ allows House Cleaners to send a personalized link so leads can fill out property details online.
Based on the information provided, the system automatically calculates the cleaning price using the rates you’ve set in your Pricing Book.
What happens when the client uses your link:
The client fills out a form with property details
The system automatically calculates the price based on your Pricing Book
The client receives an instant estimate
Both you and the client receive a copy of the quote
The lead is automatically added to your "My Leads" tab
