Sending professional estimates is key to converting leads into paying clients. The Easy Clean App makes this process simple and automated.

Creating a New Estimate

  1. Go to the Leads tab

  2. Click New Estimate

  3. Fill in three tabs:

    • Tab 1 - Estimate: Configure property details using sliders (bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.)

    • Tab 2 - Client Info: Enter client contact information

    • Tab 3 - Price: Set final price and optional tax

Automatic Price Calculation

The system automatically calculates tiered pricing with frequency discounts:

  • 1x per month: Base price

  • 2x per month: 10% discount

  • 4x per month: 20% discount

Sending Estimates from Easy Leads

After purchasing an Easy Lead:

  1. Review the client's requirements

  2. Set your price based on the information provided

  3. Click Send Estimate

  4. The client receives a professional PDF via email

  5. They can accept or decline with one click

Managing Estimate Responses

  • If accepted: Click "Setup New Client" to automatically create the client profile

  • If declined: send a "better offer" with adjusted pricing

  • Draft status: estimate started but not sent (usually missing price)

  • Active period: estimates remain active for 14 days

Important: sent estimates cannot be edited. You can send unlimited estimates to the same client with different configurations.
