How do I add and manage clients?

Step-by-step guide to adding new clients and managing their information

The Clients tab is the heart of your Easy Clean App, where you manage all client information, properties, cleanings, and communications.

Adding a New Client

  1. Go to the Clients tab

  2. Tap the + button in the bottom right corner

  3. Select + Client

  4. Fill in the three main sections:

  • Personal Info: name, email, phone number, avatar

  • Address: state, city, complete address

  • Cleaning: frequency, duration, price, next cleaning date

Managing Client Information

Once a client is added, you can:

  • Edit details: tap the pencil icon to modify information

  • Send invoices: use the Easy Invoice button for one-click billing

  • Reschedule cleanings: update dates and notify clients automatically

  • Add notes: keep private notes visible only to you

  • Configure notifications: set up SMS/email alerts per client

Important Limitations

  • Email cannot be changed after registration for security reasons

  • Each client can only have one email address

  • Deleted clients cannot be re-added with the same email, contact support.
