The Clients tab is the heart of your Easy Clean App, where you manage all client information, properties, cleanings, and communications.
Adding a New Client
Go to the Clients tab
Tap the + button in the bottom right corner
Select + Client
Fill in the three main sections:
Personal Info: name, email, phone number, avatar
Address: state, city, complete address
Cleaning: frequency, duration, price, next cleaning date
Managing Client Information
Once a client is added, you can:
Edit details: tap the pencil icon to modify information
Send invoices: use the Easy Invoice button for one-click billing
Reschedule cleanings: update dates and notify clients automatically
Add notes: keep private notes visible only to you
Configure notifications: set up SMS/email alerts per client
Important Limitations
Email cannot be changed after registration for security reasons
Each client can only have one email address
Deleted clients cannot be re-added with the same email, contact support.
