Sometimes you may need to remove a client from your Easy Clean App. Here's how to delete a client and what you need to know before doing so.
Steps to Delete a Client
Go to the Clients tab
Select the client you want to delete
Tap the Edit button (pencil icon) in the top right
Scroll down to the Delete Client section
Tap the X icon next to "This client is active"
Confirm the deletion when prompted
Important Considerations
Warning: client deletion is permanent and has these consequences:
The client cannot be re-added with the same email address
All client history and data will be permanently lost
Open invoices for this client will remain in the system
You cannot recover a deleted client
Alternatives to Deletion
Before deleting, consider these options:
Mark as inactive: keep the client but set their status to inactive
Add notes: document why you're no longer servicing them
Transfer to another team: move them to a different team if applicable
Tip: only delete clients when absolutely necessary, as you'll lose all historical data.
