How do I configure client notifications?

Customize automatic notifications sent to each client

The Easy Clean App allows you to customize which automatic notifications each client receives, ensuring professional communication tailored to their preferences.

Accessing Client Notification Settings

  1. Go to the Clients tab

  2. Select the client you want to configure

  3. Tap the Edit button (pencil icon)

  4. Scroll down to the Client Notifications section

Available Notification Types

You can enable or disable these notifications individually:

  • "I'm on my way" - Sent when you're heading to the client

  • "15 minutes before cleaning" - Reminder before arrival

  • "Cleaning started" - Confirms you've begun work

  • "Cleaning finished" - Notifies completion

  • "Invoice sent" - Confirms invoice delivery

  • "24 hours before cleaning" - Day-before reminder

  • "48 hours before cleaning" - 2 days before reminder

Notification Channels

For each notification type, you can choose:

  • SMS only

  • Email only

  • Whatsapp

  • All

  • Neither (disabled)

Global Notification Settings

In addition to per-client settings:

  1. Go to Side Menu > Settings

  2. Find Notifications section

  3. Toggle "Notify Your Clients Automatically" to enable/disable all client notifications globally

Tip: some clients prefer minimal communication while others want every update. Customize based on each client's preferences for better satisfaction.
