You have complete control over your profile visibility on the Easy Clean App, allowing you to appear to clients when you're ready for new business.
Enabling Profile Visibility
Go to the side menu
Select My Account
Find Public Profile section
Enable one or both options:
Make My Profile Available for Homeowners: Appear to new clients in the Homeowners app
Make My Profile Available on the Helper Marketplace: Appear to other cleaners looking for helpers
When to Enable Visibility
Turn on visibility when:
You're actively seeking new clients
You have capacity for more cleanings
You want to be discovered by homeowners
You're open to helper opportunities
When to Disable Visibility
Consider hiding your profile when:
You're at full capacity
Taking a vacation or break
Focusing on existing clients only
Not accepting new work temporarily
Important Notes
Disabling visibility doesn't affect existing clients
You can still use all app features while hidden
Changes take effect immediately
You can toggle visibility anytime
