Marketplace Overview
The Marketplace has three main sections:
Hiring: browse job opportunities posted by other cleaners
Helpers: find available professionals to hire
Manage Positions: track your job posts and applications
Hiring Helpers through Marketplace
Go to the Marketplace tab
Select Helpers
Browse available professionals showing:
Name and location
Star rating and reviews
Hourly rate
Platform join date
Click on a profile to view details
Click Hire to add them to your team
Set salary and payment method
Posting a Job Opening
Click the + button
Select + Position
Fill in job details:
Title and description
Payment amount and method
Required skills (punctuality, English level, driving, etc.)
Use AI to generate professional descriptions (optional)
Post the position
Applying for Jobs
Go to the Hiring section
Browse available positions
Filter by location and requirements
Click on a position to view details
Click Apply for this position
Track your applications in Manage Positions > My Applications
Note: jobs are automatically closed once someone is hired, preventing unnecessary applications.
