he Teams feature allows you to structure your cleaning operation professionally by creating work teams that group clients and helpers together.
Creating a New Team
Go to the Teams tab
Tap the + button in the bottom right corner
Select + Team
Fill in the team details:
Team name
Description
Team color (for easy identification)
Click Save
When you create a team, you're automatically added as the team leader and member.
Managing Team Members
Within each team, you can:
Add members: hire helpers and assign them to the team
Track time: use Clock In/Out to monitor work hours
Manage payroll: generate payment reports and process payments
Assign clients: link specific clients to each team
Important Team Rules
A company must always have at least one active team
Teams must be completely empty before deletion (transfer all members and clients first)
Helpers can be part of multiple teams even across different companies
There's no limit on the number of helpers per team
