How do I create and manage teams?

he Teams feature allows you to structure your cleaning operation professionally by creating work teams that group clients and helpers together.

Creating a New Team

  1. Go to the Teams tab

  2. Tap the + button in the bottom right corner

  3. Select + Team

  4. Fill in the team details:

    • Team name

    • Description

    • Team color (for easy identification)

  5. Click Save

When you create a team, you're automatically added as the team leader and member.

Managing Team Members

Within each team, you can:

  • Add members: hire helpers and assign them to the team

  • Track time: use Clock In/Out to monitor work hours

  • Manage payroll: generate payment reports and process payments

  • Assign clients: link specific clients to each team

Important Team Rules

  • A company must always have at least one active team

  • Teams must be completely empty before deletion (transfer all members and clients first)

  • Helpers can be part of multiple teams even across different companies

  • There's no limit on the number of helpers per team
