Reviews can only be left after a completed payment
Both parties can review each other (cleaner and client/helper)
Reviews are permanent and cannot be edited
Star ratings from 1-5 with optional comments
Reviews affect your overall score

Clients: After paying an invoice
House cleaners: After receiving payment from clients
Company owners: After paying helpers
Helpers: Can respond to reviews from employers

Select My Profile
Click See My Reviews
View all ratings, comments, and dates

Important Notes
Reviews cannot be deleted or modified
