  • Translating client responses from English back to your preferred language

Setting Up Easy Chat Languages

  1. Go to the side menu

  2. Select Settings

  3. Choose Language

  4. Configure two separate options:

    • User Interface Language: The language for app menus and buttons

    • Easy Chat Language: The language for translating client messages

Using Easy Chat with Clients

  1. Open a client's profile

  2. Tap the Easy Chat shortcut

  3. Type or record your message in your native language

  4. The system automatically translates and sends it in English

  5. Client responses are translated back to your language
